with lentils, pearl onions, haricot vert, cabbage and Madeira sauce
 
grilled all-natural chicken
gnocchi, roasted tomatoes, leeks, peas and butternut squash
 
pan seared salmon
parsnip puree, haricot vert, rock shrimp and brandy horseradish sauce
